What Helps?
I have had acupuncture and botox into the muscles affected by scar tissue to try to release them and inprove my range of movement and reduce pain
Acupuncture worked in the short term, Botox worked for about 3 months, as is to be expected
However, surgery performed during the LD recon. did most to help, by removing scar tissue that had built up after mastectomy and ANC
